Shipping policy

Many of our products are made to order. We aim to keep our turnaround times for production within 3 to 5 working days. We will normally ship products via Royal Mail 24 hour delivery upon production. We may occasionally use different delivery providers or options.

Most deliveries should have been made within 10 working days of placing your order. If you have waited longer than that please get in touch with us at adam@coolcatshirts.co.uk so we can look into it for you.

Some delays are possible due to public holidays and Christmas post.
